Overview

One coordination layer. Stronger control.

The pressure

Workforce shortages persist. Agency complexity continues to expand. Regulatory scrutiny increases.

The reality

Governance responsibility remains with the provider.

The solution

Find a Carer establishes a single, structured coordination layer between approved providers and workforce supply, reducing fragmentation while improving operational performance.

Not another agency. Not a marketplace. Not a workaround. Fewer points of failure. Stronger performance outcomes.
The Challenge

Why providers move beyond managing agencies internally

Adding more suppliers does not create more control. It often increases fragmentation.

Internal agency management typically leads to:

01

Escalating supplier duplication

02

Limited visibility across demand and spend

03

Inconsistent fill performance

04

Rising agency dependency

05

Administrative strain at management level

Over time, complexity becomes operational risk.

Find a Carer replaces fragmented supplier management with one defined coordination framework aligned to provider accountability.

The difference is not more agencies.

The difference is fewer points of failure.

The result is measurable operational improvement:

Improved fill responsiveness
Reduced shift gaps
Stronger cost control
Reduced agency reliance over time
Clearer executive visibility across workforce demand and supplier performance

This is not supplier expansion. It is structural consolidation.

Ecosystem

Our defined role within the care ecosystem

Developed in consultation with sector leaders, Find a Carer is designed to support multi-site providers managing complex supplier networks.

Agencies & Subcontractors

We do not replace providers.

We do not deliver care services.

We create structure between approved providers and workforce supply, strengthening oversight while improving operational efficiency.

In funded aged care environments, workforce access is governed through approved providers. Consumers do not directly contract workers via the platform.

Private arrangements remain separate and clearly defined.

This model protects governance integrity while enabling performance stability.

Framework

The structured coordination model

One coordination framework. Clear accountability. Tangible outcomes.

The operational pressure providers are managing

Shift gaps disrupt continuity. Agency reliance escalates. Supplier networks expand. Executive visibility narrows.

As coordination becomes reactive, cost control erodes and governance exposure increases.

The structured approach

Find a Carer aggregates agencies and subcontractors into one single coordination framework. Internal casual pools can be prioritised. Workforce demand becomes visible at executive level. Supplier engagement becomes coordinated rather than reactive.

Operational outcomes

  • Centralised demand visibility across internal pools and external suppliers.
  • Structured prioritisation of internal casual workforce before agency engagement.
  • Coordinated supplier participation within one defined framework.
  • Performance oversight across fill activity, response times and supplier utilisation.
  • Clear escalation pathways that reduce reactive decision making.

Workforce coordination becomes structured, measurable and accountable.

More control. Less exposure. Stronger outcomes.

Transparency

What we do not do

To ensure clarity under the Aged Care Act 2024, Find a Carer does not:

Operate as an approved aged care provider.
Deliver care services directly.
Provide self-management services under funded programs.
Operate an open marketplace connecting funded clients directly with workers.
Facilitate direct contracting between funded aged care clients and workers.
Currently operate as a registered Digital Platform Operator under the Aged Care Act 2024.

Consumers receiving government-funded aged care services must engage workforce through their approved provider.

Compliance

Governance and regulatory alignment

Governance responsibility remains with the approved provider.

Find a Carer operates within defined regulatory boundaries aligned with the Aged Care Act 2024.

The platform supports:

Workforce verification processes
Agency aggregation under provider oversight
Role-based access controls
Transparent operating structures aligned with sector obligations

Governance is preserved. Performance is strengthened. Accountability remains clear.

Operating across care environments

Residential Aged Care

Home Care and Community Services

Scheduling stability, supplier consolidation and clearer workforce demand visibility aligned to provider governance structures.

NDIS

Operates within participant funding arrangements under appropriate compliance frameworks.

Private Care

Flexible workforce sourcing for non-funded clients with transparent commercial terms and defined accountability.

Digital Platform Registration Pathway

Find a Carer intends to register as a Digital Platform Operator under the Aged Care Act 2024 as the operating model evolves.

Governance disclosures will reflect that status when applicable.

We are currently undertaking regulatory readiness and alignment activities prior to commencing the formal registration process.

Find a Carer operates as a workforce aggregation and management solution. It is not currently registered as a Digital Platform Operator under the Aged Care Act 2024.
