Find a Carer is growing a trusted national network of care workers who want flexible work, more choice and ongoing support across the care sector.
If you know someone who would be a great fit, refer them today. When they join Find a Carer and start working eligible shifts, you could receive up to $100.
How it works

- We contact the person you have referred
- They complete the application and onboarding process
- You receive $50 once they complete their first eligible paid shift
- You receive another $50 once they complete five eligible paid shifts
Referral reward
You could receive up to $100 for each successful referral.

- An additional $50 once they complete five eligible paid shifts

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Referral submission: All referrals must be submitted using the official Find a Carer referral form before the referred carer registers or begins onboarding. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
New carers only: Referral rewards are available only for referring carers who are not already registered with Find a Carer and have not previously commenced the application or onboarding process.
First referral only: If multiple people refer the same carer, only the first valid referral received through the official form will be eligible for a reward.
Successful onboarding: The referred carer must successfully complete all required application, verification, screening and onboarding processes and be approved to undertake work through Find a Carer.
Referral payments: Eligible referrers will receive $50 when their referred carer completes their first eligible paid shift and an additional $50 when the referred carer completes five eligible paid shifts, up to a maximum of $100 per successful referral.
Eligible shifts: Only paid shifts booked through Find a Carer and verified as completed will count towards the referral reward. Cancelled, unpaid or unverified shifts will not qualify.
No guaranteed reward: Submission of a referral does not guarantee payment. Rewards are conditional on the referred carer meeting all program eligibility requirements.
Consent: By submitting a referral, you confirm that the person being referred has given you permission to share their contact details with Find a Carer for the purpose of this referral.
Fraudulent or duplicate referrals: Find a Carer reserves the right to reject referrals involving false information, duplicate submissions, self-referrals or suspected misuse of the program.
Payment verification: All referral rewards are subject to verification of eligibility and qualifying shifts by Find a Carer.
Program changes: Find a Carer may amend, suspend or discontinue the referral program at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rewards already earned under the applicable terms.
Privacy: Personal information submitted through the referral program will be handled in accordance with Find a Carer's Privacy Policy.
